Express EX Automatic Screen Printing Press - Your Next Generation of Success The Lawson Express EX builds on 20+ years of Lawson's innovative high-speed automatics. The EX dramatically increases production, provides greater print consistency and minimizes the physical stress of manually printing – all while being extremely simple to use, set-up and maintain.
The Express EX features AC Motor-Drive Print heads, state-of-the-art HMI interface, cassette screen loading, chopper-style squeegee & flood bar, quick-change platens and much more. An intuitive, user-friendly, color touch screen is easy to understand and features built-in tutorial videos. You can also monitor production and control your press remotely from a tablet or iPad. Fully automated print heads are combined with an integrated high-speed automatic carousel. Roller bearing registration at each print station ensures pinpoint registration and consistency.

Ajax In-Line Screen Reclaimer - Reclaim Your Time The Ajax In-Line Automatic Screen Cleaner and Reclaimer increases shop production, is safer for your employees, and uses less chemicals than manual reclaiming of screens. Engineered for simplicity, the Ajax-R reduces labor costs and minimizes employee exposure to chemicals. The NEW Dynamic Ink series is a premier silk screen plastisol ink designed for easy printing and a soft hand . It flashes fast and cures at just 270°F. These opaque, brilliant colors are available in a wide variety of Ready-for-Use (RFU) or Low-Bleed (LB) formulations. Dynamic Ink is your premium choice for automatic and manual printing.
