Q. Do you accept credit cards?
A. Yes. We accept all major credit cards.
Q. What is your "cut-off" time for shipping out packages each day?
A. 1:00 pm. However, we can frequently (not always) continue shipping until 3:00 pm, if the order does not require special handling (i.e. cutting mesh by the yard, chemical packaging, etc.).
Q. Will you ship my order via FedEx or UPS?
A. Yes. From our St. Louis Office, our default carrier is FedEx Ground. From our Atlanta Office UPS is our standard carrier at this time. When items are shipped from our St. Louis location, Customers may select UPS by telling us this when ordering, otherwise it will be shipped via FedEx Ground. NOTE: when shipping liquids via UPS, please note there is a "high damage" rate - this is why we have made FedEx our preferred carrier.
Q. What is your return policy?
A. We accept returns only upon authorization by the Company. Restocking fees range from 25% - 35%, depending on the item. No electrical parts or custom/special order items may be returned.
Q. Do you have Net 30 day terms?
A. No. We do not offer Net 30 day terms. However, since we accept all major credit cards, this is nearly the same thing.
Q. Can you ship on my UPS account number?
A. No. Because UPS does not pass through any accessorial fees. For example, insurance, oversize, haz-mat charges, change fees, reroutes, container/wlk chgs, storage, calls, etc.
Q. What are your hours?
A. 8:00 am - 4:30 pm M - F.However, we are frequently here early in the morning and late in the evening for telephone questions and service.
Q. Is there a Lawson Authorized Dealer in my area?
A. Give David a call at 314-382-9300 and ask. We have authorized dealers strategically located throughout the country -- L.A., Dallas, Salt Lake City, Miami, Utica, New Orleans, and Cincinnati. Lawson Super Centers are located in St. Louis and Atlanta. In addition, Lawson Satellite Offices are located in Richmond, VA, Birmingham, AL. and Boston, MA.
Q. How do I get to your office? Do you have easy directions?
