"Just wanted to let you know that we have successfully printed our first job on your Lawson Mini-Trooper. It was a tight register, two color print with large coverage areas. The screens registered perfectly, the shuttle flash did its job, and with one or two minor "oops", we printed off 48 prints in no time. Although it was a short run, it was perfect for us to get our feet wet with automatic printing. We look forward now to larger, multiple color jobs in addition to our short run customer segment.
Thanks to the Lawson salespeople for all their help and patience with us at the Atlantic City Show.... we were a pain in the butt! They showed us the utmost courtesy and were extremely helpful in getting us trained sufficiently to make us comfortable in setting up and running our new press "unsupervised". Thanks again for everything."
