Lawson Dual-Cure 310 Blue Emulsion | Affordable Screen Printing Emulsion

The Lawson Dual-Cure 310 Blue Emulsion is a dual cure Emulsion that is easy to expose and reclaim. Similar to Ulano's Proclaim, but at a more affordable price. Each gallon comes with a free bottle of pre-measured sensitizer. This emulsion is great for multi-purpose printing, including with plastisol ink for t-shirts, hoodies, garments and other textile apparel.

As one of our favorite emulsions, Dual-Cure 310 Blue is a solvent resistant emulsion with mild water resistance and easy-reclaiming - designed for both graphic and textile applications. Good resolution, easy developing and resistant to humidity changes at the press. 37% solids content so it dries fast. This is the fastest exposing dual-cure emulsion.

Naturally blue in color, when adding the sensitizer, the emulsion turns a light green. Then, when exposed to your light source, the exposed area turns back to the original blue color. This provides a built-in indicator to help you know when you have exposed your emulsion enough.

Shelf life: approximately 4 - 6 weeks after adding diazo. Once you coat a screen, the emulsion will stay ready to expose on the mesh for about 4 weeks.

Lawson Freeze PenguinCAUTION: Some emulsions can FREEZE during shipment. If you do not understand about the "freezing issue", please call us at 1-314-382-9300 for information on this subject. Lawson can not be responsible for damages due to freezing.
