Clean Your Pre-Treat Machine With Magic Clean - Universal Pre-Treat Cleaner Solution
Lawson recommends using Magic Clean #485 to flush the lines of your pre-treat sprayer at least once every 1 - 2 weeks. Doing so will help eliminate any spraying problems caused by dried pre-treat in the spray tip, spray pump, or lines.
To use, simply place your hose in the gallon of Magic Clean and hold the purge button. Once the Magic Clean starts coming out of the spray tip, hold the purge button for another 3 - 5 seconds. Make sure to flush the lines with distilled water after running Magic Clean through your Lawson pre-treat sprayer.
Magic Clean is a universal pre-treat cleaner that dries fast with no oily residue. Mild-Strong Odor.
How to Use/Directions for Use:
- Put the pre-treat hose into the Magic Clean solution,
- Press and hold the Purge button until Magic Clean has made its way through the entire line and is coming out of the spray head. Continue to hold the purge button for an additional 3 - 5 seconds.
- Purge the machine again with distilled water.
- Prime the machine with Image Lock Pre-Treat Solution when you are ready to start spraying.
