A Bright White Plastisol Ink for Cotton and 50/50 | Great for Underbase and White Printing

MCO-1560 50/50 White is a plastisol ink that is more stable, printing easier and smoother due to its unique formulation. Printing this white ink manually will be less tiring. If you use an automatic screen printing machine, you can print this ink with a lower pressure setting to increase screen longevity. For a manual screen printer, any durometer and mesh count works. It’s an ultra-bright white with excellent opacity and good bleed resistance, fast-flashing, semi-thick viscosity. No odor. May be printed on cotton and cotton/polyester blends that are not "bad" bleeders.

MCO-1560 50/50 White ink is a non-phthalate finished ink. It is recommended for cotton and 50/50 blends. While MCO-1560 is a low bleed ink ink, it is not a non-bleed ink. For 50/50 and tri-blend t-shirts that are have bad dye migration (bleeding), Lawson recommends DI-1550 Plus White.

How to Use:

  1. Recommended for 100% cotton, 50/50 Cotton/Polyester Blends and some polyesters.
  2. Can be used right from the container without any modifications but it is recommended to stir prior to printing
  3. Print through any mesh count (60 - 230 recommended) with any direct or indirect emulsion of capillary film, using a 60 - 80 durometer sharp edge squeegee.
  4. Cure at approximately 325 degrees for 1 minute (dependent on dryer speed, temperature settings and other shop factors).

Recommended storage at 65 to 90 degrees F. Avoid storage in direct sunlight and keep container well sealed

Always pretest before use to establish suitability and procedures prior to production.
