Customer Service - Returns \u0026amp; ClaimsReturn authorization is required! Simply call and a Return Merchandise Number will be assigned for any return due to a mistake by Lawson. Any defects or shortages must be reported within 5 days of your receipt of the merchandise. There are no returns after 30 days. All items returned are subject to inspection and evaluation. A 15% - 35% restocking charge will apply for standard items. Electrical items, parts and custom orders may not be returned. All return boxes must be clearly marked (on the outside) with this number and must be sent freight prepaid. Items not clearly marked or sent freight collect will be refused. Product defects or shortages should be reported to Lawson immediately upon receipt of your order. Lawson can not be responsible for claims received more than five days after delivery. Freight carriers are responsible for damage in transit! Have driver note any visible damage on the carrier's delivery record, and call the carrier immediately upon discovery of concealed damage.
