The Fast T-Jet® Blazer uses the very robust and fast Epson 4800 print engine to print vibrant, durable prints on white, light and dark shirts up to 17" x 47" in size. It is capable of printing on almost any type of fabric material as well as non-textiles, such as golf balls, keyboards and tennis balls.

Featuring the latest innovations in User Interface technology, the Blazer has an extendable display screen, making many printer functions and commands readily accessible. With a built-in dual voltage converter, the Blazer can be operated using AC power from 110-240 volts. Only 35" wide by 46" high and 77" long (89 x 117 x 196 cm), the printer can be operated in a shop, a basement or even a spare bedroom, requiring a working area of only 10 ft x 12 ft (3 x 4 m).

The Fast T-Jet® Blazer is cost effective for both small and large jobs. With an ink cost of less than 40 cents per shirt (standard print size on light shirts) and speeds of about 45 seconds for a 12" x 12" image on a white garment*, you also get great production! With 180 nozzles per color, resolutions as high as 2880 x 1440 dpi can be achieved.

Utilizing an 8 color (4 CMYK, 4 White) system, the Blazer comes complete with a continuous flow bulk ink system, four 8 oz. starter bottles of FastINK™ Textile CMYK color, 1 liter of FastINK™ White, two gallons of pretreatment for dark shirts, AND a great graphics application called FastARTIST™. Raster Image Processing Software called FastRIP™ is also included to perform accurate color matching and queue functions. (FastRIP™ and FastARTIST™ will only work on a Windows™ based system.)

FastINK™ and the Fast T-Jet® Blazer work together to produce a very durable image that willstand up to many washings without fading or yellowing in sunlight. The finished print must be heat set using either a standard heat transfer press or conveyor dryer, but no additional treatment is necessary.

The Fast T-Blazer comes with the following items:

A complete design program that is needed to create special underbase and highlight printers. Works with Corel, Illustrator, Photoshop and Freehand images but you must print from a Windows-based PC.
1 - FastRIP™
Our special Raster Image Processing software for a Windows™ OS that tells the printer how much white to print, how to print the colors and much more.
1 - 1 Gallon of FastINK™ Textile Pre-Treatment
The garments need to be pre-treated with this clean, non-toxic, odorless spray before printing.

Fast T-Jet Warranty Information

Standard warranty in includes a 1-year limited warranty on parts and labor.

The warranty is NOT on-site and requires the unit to be returned to U.S. Screen or an authorized service center or dealer for repair.

The limited warranty does not include the printing head. Replacement printing head can be replaced in less than ten minutes. All prices and design specifications subject to change.

The T-Jet™ must be shipped by a freight company. If you need assistance with finding a freight company contact U.S. Screen Print & Inkjet Technology. We can assist with pickup and delivery of the T-Jet™ by a freight company to U.S. Screen for diagnosis and/or repair. If the T-Jet™ printer is shipped by a non-freight company or not on a pallet, U.S. Screen Print & Inkjet Technology reserves the right to refuse the T-Jet™ shipment. A non-freight company for example is Federal Express, UPS, U.S. Mail, Airborne Express, etc. These steps eliminate potential for damage in shipping.

Optional 1- or 2-Year Extended Warranty for Fast T-Jet

Allows you to continue all the great benefits of the standard Fast T-Jet™ warranty once the free 1-Year warranty expires.

Bold, Bright, Vibrant Colors are what you can expect from FastINK3™, the third generation of FastINK for the Fast T-Jet line of inkjet-to-garment printers. With enhanced durability, color-fast images printed with FastINK3™ will still look great wash after wash after wash.

You spoke and we listened; FastINK3™ does not settle as easily as other inks reducing the possibility of ink clogs. That in turn means less maintenance and head cleanings which is a contributing factor to ink usage. (Normal maintenance schedule still applies)
